Intracorporation violence is legal, but there are no consequences for interfering in it, unlike legal combat in a wardec or duel situation.
There's only so much detail I can pack into a simplified flowchart. Sue me.
Actually don't, I'm a software engineer, not a lawyer. Hence the whole "losing track of small exceptions in byzantine rule systems".
